I have worked at Franciscan St. Francis Health for 40+ years. I worked in HR (most recent position Vice President of Human Resources) for 37 years, retiring in 11. I have subsequently continued to work part-time as Special Project Consultant, working under the direction of our CFO. I am Past President of the IN Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. In addition I have served on the Board of Directors of 3 separate not-for-profits.
